You are so close, I can see the whites of your eyes and I become mesmerized.
I try to move closer, shortening the distance.
Soon my wonders will become a reality.

I feel the sore of yesterday,

While stepping into tomorrow,

I feel the wind of the present,

As it sails to the past and back

As the current changes around me.

And every stone I touch,

While I look,

Into the distance,

Staring into the stars,

Trying to point our each one,

Trying,

As if I am searching,

Through years of thoughts,

When I became me,

And everyone else,

Became stars.

And with every inch of my foot,

Every memory appears,

As if it is happening right in front of me,

And I remember,

Why I am here.
